Approach

Our perspective is always interdisciplinary: we work as integratively as possible, bringing multiple professionals into the same therapy session. Combining occupational therapy and psychology allows us to address the needs of both children and parents holistically, helping overcome challenges more quickly.

We value and support neurodiversity, valuing the uniqueness of each individual. We aim to help people express their best selves, focusing on the root causes of behaviors, rather than behaviors themselves. The behavioral changes, if necessary, naturally follow from this work.

Our goal is to support individuals in accessing their full potential across all areas of life. We look and work beyond behaviors rather than focusing on behaviors themselves, exploring which processes are driving them. When we address the root causes—such as emotional regulation and sensory needs—positive behavioral changes emerge naturally as a result. Our focus is always on the deeper layers that influence behavior, not the behavior itself.

DIR Floortime®, Parent Coaching and Family Therapy

DIR Floortime is a global, integrated biopsychosocial model founded in 1979 in the U.S. by Stanley I. Greenspan and Serena Wieder.

It supports emotional regulation, mental health, sensory processing, motor and cognitive development, and language through the person’s relationships and interests.

Occupational Therapy

We identify individual profiles and create specific client-centered intervention plans, tailored to improve quality of life at home, in school, and in the individual’s environment.

We consider the person, her environment, occupations and performance as a whole. Our intervention considers everyone’s unique motor, cognitive, sensory, emotional, social and communication styles and skills.

We help children express their ideas and develop the necessary skills to bring them to life.

Psychology

We work by integrating research in developmental psychology and neuroscience, emphasizing the importance of relationships and play for growth and nervous system development.

We support parents and children in managing difficulties and fostering growth through connection, while building new ways of interaction between parents and children.
